HOTEL INFORMATION

Hotel rooms have been blocked for January 25 through January 29 (check out) at a rate of $135 per day + tax. Please call the hotel directly at 626-449-4000 or 1-800-457-7940 and ask for the reservations department to make your room reservation. When making your reservation ask for the "National Weather Service" room block to ensure you are charged the negotiated rate for your stay. This room block will be held until January 4, 2010.

AIRPORT INFORMATION

Pasadena is served by two airports: 1) Los Angeles International Airport, which is about 35.0 miles from the hotel and 2) Bobe Hope (Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena) Airport, which is 16 miles from the hotel. One of these two airports should provide a direct flight for most into the meeting location. For those of you who are not renting a car for this meeting, airport shuttles are available for transport from the airports to your hotel. Please contact the Sheraton for information on arranging a shuttle for your transportation needs.
